August 24: The Conquest
on this day in 2007 queen maddy
achieved her first conquest as
queen roach thomas a much hated
individual and entirely unwanted
in the home of maddy and savannah
was nevertheless cordially invited in
for a cup of tea and cookies and
what he hoped would be a pleasant
time with a lady he had long stalked
everything appeared to him quite
promising he was enjoying his tea
and cookies and enjoying
the visage of a beautiful woman
savannah worked excellently
to make sure he didn t turn his gaze
little did he know he was about
to experience the trojan horse
in reverse sitting in frank s old
lounge chair cookie in mouth
tea in hand oblivious loaf that
he is maddy took it upon herself
to leap onto thomas s shoulder
and begin crawling down his
shirt meathead thomas was so
startled he leapt straight into
the air spilling his tea dropping
his cookie completely losing
his air of calm and confidence
maddy quickly retreated to
the safety of a hole in the wall
she watched as savannah
expertly demure quietly
apologized to thomas saying
how terrible how terrible
awful frank and his wife
keep the place so dirty it s
only to be expected but don t
you think it s a sign she asked
thomas didn t hesitate in saying
yes he did think it was a sign and
he d better go pansy afraid of a
little roach question mark p shaw
savannah deserves better much better
good riddance and don t come back
