turns out all the other roaches
are hiding out near the engine
room i caught one of them
scurrying along a corridor
with a big piece of food
where d you find the food i
asked she was surprised to
see me the food delivery chutes
are where all the crumbs are
i knew that i said which
of course i didn t i suppose
you hang out near the freight
room i said the freight room
question mark came the
response why would any
bright cockroach hang out
there no food for miles it s
not even warm save for
that fat guy who s always
sleeping p shaw she said
and scampered off fine with
me i don t need that kind
of company that kind of attitude
she was never a person good
riddance i say now at least
i know to look in the chutes
